WeHo’s known for some weird characters – that’s what we love about it (sometimes). But the going on 40 year old WeHo Halloween parade takes the crazy cake: one mile long from La Cienega and Doheny on Santa Monica Boulevard, featuring tens of thousands of wacky revelers walking Weho, who this year refused to be rained out by a mild steady drizzle, which added a slick sheen to the festivities filled with clowns, Marie Antoinette, blown up plastic dinos, pimps and the Cat in the Hat. A certain amount of drunken chaos comes with the territory.
