It’s a hybrid so modern, made for a summer mini skirt – the marriage of sporty and femme. Young PYT’s donned their best ballerina buns with sexy cheerleader LV’ looks at Thursday night’s Louis Vuitton “Sneakerina” event. Held at San Vicente Bungalows in Santa Monica, the swoon-worthy soft flat lace ups could be compared to an off the shoulder designer hoodie. What caught our eyes beyond the red, pink, blue and black sparkly sneakerinas, laid out on a large dinner table like fine jewelry, were clumps of adorably appointed look in which the brand dressed friends of the house. With friends like these, you don’t need closets. We noted stylists Elizabeth Stewart, Erica Cloud (Robert Downey Jr.), Jeanne Yang, and the black and red floor gracing LV two piece on stylist Jamie Mizrahi (Mikey Madison, Adele.) There were also LV house celebs Phoebe Dynevor (in a white Grecian mini dress and snow sneakerinas), the sisters of Haim (blue inas), the stunning Rocky Barnes,  and plenty of young ladies in short pleated skirts with soft bomber jackets – and those comfy crave-worthy les “baskets de dance de pointe.” Even a few dashing gents showed off theirs, complete with LV logo mania.
